We understand cowork as a new concept that brings together independent professionals under a shared workspace that promotes collaboration and the exchange of ideas and talent.
The traditional work model has evolved. The new professionals are mobile, they don’t depend on a rigid space anymore. They aim to develop their projects in a free and collaborative environment. A flexible place that serves as a platform for innovation, production, and interaction.

The L2W space
Loft to Work is a 100sqm open-plan office distributed in 9 workspaces, 6 of them for rent. Its members are all independent professionals and young entrepreneurs with a shared point of view.
For a monthly fee, Loft to Work provides all you need to carry your professional activity, which helps you control your costs. Each workspace is comprised of desk, chair, and shelving space. The price includes Wi-Fi Internet (2x 10 MB routers), A/C, heating, cleaning service, and utilities. Plus free use of our fully equipped kitchen and meeting-dining room with flat-screen TV, dedicated PC, projector and capacity for 8 PAX.
